What it needed
Fiamma wanted a premium annual dinner that ran smoothly from the door to the last draw, with more guest engagement than a standard programme.
What we ran
- Planned the event end to end, with hotel liaison and site recce
- Created the key visual and creative direction
- Wrote the agenda and run-sheet, coordinated the live band
- Ran registration, lucky draw and the Best Dressed segment
