The brief

What it needed

SkyGate-NHJ needed a formal opening for about 120 guests, including the Penang Chief Minister, partner CEOs and stakeholders, followed by an afternoon factory tour with a smooth hand-over between the two.

What we ran

  • Planned the event flow with the client and stakeholders
  • Coordinated VIP arrivals and movements
  • Built a custom registration system with guest and committee views
  • Ran registration, programme flow and crew on the day
